Chai is best prepared with hot milk and honey. Use 1 tsp. of leaves per 2/3 cup of boiling water, steep for about 5 min, then add 1/3 cup of hot milk and honey.
Ingredients: black tea, pepper, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, cloves, flavour.
- Steeping time 5 minutes, water temperature 100°C.
