A superbly aromatic blend for warming those cold winter days. Use one to two teaspoons for one cup of water, let it steep for
about eight min and add a sweetener of your choice. Mulled Wine Spice can also be used to add a spicy flavour to wine, grog,
or cider.
Ingredients: orange peels, cinnamon, black tea, candied pineapple (pineapple, sugar), candied mango (mango, sugar),
candied papaya (papaya, sugar), cloves, ginger, cardamom, vanilla.
- Steeping time 8-10 minutes, water temperature 100°C.
